Terms and conditions

• In order to get the discount you need to complete the form available on this page until the first 50 submissions, or until October 12th, 2022 at the latest.
  After that, the form will be changed to a subscription form for discounts. Submitting that form does not mean any discounts. 
• The incentive can only be applied to new memoQ translator pro licenses.
• It cannot be used to renew your SMA (Support and Maintenance Agreement) at a discounted rate.
• Your licenses and receipts will be generated immediately after the payment arrives (takes a few minutes with credit card, and a couple of days with wire transfer).
• This incentive is available for memoQ translator pro licenses only. The offer is not applicable for server products.
• Payment is possible via credit card and wire transfer. If you pay via wire transfer, you will receive your invoice by October 15th, 2022  at the latest.
• Residents of the European Union may only purchase in EUR. Residents of Hungary may only buy in HUF. Users from other parts of the world may purchase in USD.
• Before purchasing the software, please check the following: For those who live in the European Union and are not registered for European VAT, memoQ needs to charge domestic VAT, due to the national regulations (applicable in the buyer’s country). EU citizens can check their VAT number here.
• Please note that this promotion may not be combined with any other offers.
• You do not act as private individual but a professional who use the service in relation to the direct benefit of your business activity
• The discount cannot be converted into cash
• The Hungarian law shall apply to the offer and discount 
• memoQ reserves the right to:

  • amend the fee for the services.memoQ reserves the right to:

  • exclude the participant in the event of suspicion of fraud or deception
