Terms and Conditions

• The discount is valid until January 31, 2026, meaning that orders should be placed on or before this date to be eligible.

• It can only be applied to new memoQ translator pro annual subscriptions, for the first year of subscription, under the terms and conditions specified. Conversion from monthly subscription to annual subscription qualifies as a new subscription for the purposes of eligibility to the discount.

• Switching from ongoing trial to annual subscription using the discount: To benefit from the discount, simply apply the discount code in the webshop during the offer validity period and make sure that you add your serial number as instructed on the webshop page.

• Switching from ongoing monthly to annual subscription using the discount: When you switch from your monthly subscription to the annual option, the monthly subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and then automatically switch to annual. To do so, just choose the “switch” option in the webshop. The offer cannot be used to renew your SMA (Support and Maintenance Agreement) at a discounted rate.

• The discount is not applicable to other memoQ services.

• Your licenses and receipts will be generated immediately after the payment arrives (takes a few minutes with a credit card).  

• Payment is possible via credit card.

• Residents of the European Union may only purchase in EUR. Users from other parts of the world may purchase in USD.

• Before purchasing the software, please check the following: For those who live in the European Union and are not registered for European VAT, memoQ needs to charge domestic VAT, due to the national regulations (applicable in the buyer's country). EU citizens can check their VAT number here.
